Our Team




Eileen worked for a major blue chip company in Liverpool before later moving to North Wales. She worked for Badgers Tea Rooms in HR and Management before moving into the Coffee Retail industry as a consultant to Waterstones. She is now a Co Director for A.L.I.C.E Ltd, a community interest company set up to benefit the local community in Llandudno. She is involved in event management, tourism and has a real passion for Alice in Wonderland and it’s connection to the town.

Nathan Cousins

Nathan has been the Sales and Marketing Manager at St George’s Hotel over eight years, having previously managed hotels in Chester and South Wales. Nathan has recently been awarded Member Status at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

“I am extremely passionate about ensuring the continued success of Llandudno and the businesses within the town and I hope my involvement in the Llandudno Chamber of Trade can make a positive impact”.



Phil has been in retail many years and is passionate about technology, great customer service and building great business relationships.  He has been the Manager at the O2 Store in Llandudno for around 7 years and was one of our Chamber of Trade founder members.

“Being part of the Chamber of Trade has allowed me to build some excellent business relationships as well as further highlighting what a brilliant and beautiful town Llandudno is to visit”.


Jackie lives in Llandudno and has recently set up her own company ‘Castell Gwyn’ an Artisan Cheese Company producing ‘Conwy Brie’ whilst running a Leadership Programme for North Wales business owners at Bangor University.

She is keen to be part of the Chamber of Trade to help and support local businesses whilst being part of a great business community.



Tessa – “My parents and I set up Fish Tram Chips in Llandudno 11 years ago, the business was developed as we had found it hard to buy fresh, traditional fish and chips in the area so wanted to offer locals and tourists a traditional fish and chip experience.”

“I was keen to join the Chamber of trade, as I felt it important for businesses in the town to join together to promote our town and ensure people keep returning to Llandudno.



James is currently working for Tesco as a Customer Assistant in the Tesco Dotcom department. Following his A level studies in IT/Business he has voluntarily built this website whilst gaining valuable work experience and plans to pursue a future career as a freelance Website Developer and Digital Marketer.

Dan is a trainee Accountant, currently working for Bodnant Garden Centre in the Conwy Valley, having recently completed a year working in the Bursary for Rydal Penrhos School.
‘I am very impressed with what the Chamber is trying to achieve, and am keen to support in any way I can, whilst ensuring the accounts are as transparent and up-to-date as possible.’
